Pulverizer jaws offer more applications with one cutter body, the utilization of the cutter is increased and rounds off the needs on smaller jobsites. Epiroc´s Coupling and Positioning System (CAPS) makes it easy to switch between the jaw types on site to suit the work at hand. The full jaw range consists of Universal (U) jaws, Steel Cutting (S) jaws and Pulverizer (P) jaws. More models will follow.
Our multi-purpose hydraulic cutters with various jaw type options can be used flexibly in primary demolition and secondary reduction of concrete structures as well as cutting steel structures at demolition sites.
Advantages of our design of our hydraulic cutters
With the design of the CC combi cutters, we have succeeded in developing a remarkable combination of high crushing force, short cycle times and a high dependability. For optimum operation, concrete cutters have 360° integrated rotation devices.
All hydraulic rock cutters are FEM optimized to meet the toughest requirements. The stable cutter body features two powerful hydraulic cylinders, including highspeed valves for minimum cycle times. The modular design allows each unit to be equipped with different jaws (universal jaws, pulverizing jaws and steel cutting jaws), depending on the type of work to be accomplished.
