Covid19 temporary surcharge on new orders

As with many other industries, Epiroc has been facing soaring transport costs over the last months as the global pandemic of COVID-19 put an unbelievable pressure on the global supply chain. Both inbound and outbound transport charges have increased significantly, regardless of the transport method used (Land, Sea and Air).

We are therefore implementing a temporary transportation surcharge of 1.4% on new orders, effective September 7, 2020. This action is temporary, meaning it will remain in place only until transport costs come back to normal.
