Expand your world: Major leap for operator comfort with new cabin for SmartROC T35 and T40 rigs
July 2, 2025
“Our new cabin will increase the comfort for the operator in many ways, which helps to reduce fatigue and keep productivity high", says Ulf Gyllander.
“The less the operator has to be put in the way of potential dangers, the better it is from a safety point of view”, says Ulf Gyllander.
“The blast-resistance glass combined with a much-improved air-filtering system, which reduces dust levels in the cabin, will improve both safety and work environment for personnel", adds Ulf Gylllander
The new generation SmartROC T35/T40 also includes new options such as a bit-grinder so that operators can ensure that rig drilling performance is kept to a maximum at all times.
“We believe that this generation SmartROC T35 and T40 builds on the legacy we have built up from the previous generations These new rigs offer the same reliability, but boost productivity, further reduce costs and TCO whilst also substantially increasing operator comfort", adds Ulf Gyllander
The updated SmartROC T35 and T40 will be available for orders from 1 July, 2025.
