"I work as a digital editor within the brand and communication team. My role involves managing digital content on Epiroc.com, working with web design, and updating pages using Adobe Experience Manager. I help make sure that the content we publish looks good, works well, and follows our brand guidelines. A big part of my work is making sure the site reflects Epiroc’s identity and supports ongoing communication efforts. I’ve also had the chance to collaborate with colleagues across different teams and time zones around the world, which has given me a broader perspective on how global communication is managed. It’s been a great mix of creativity, structure, and responsibility.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with things that help me unwind and feel good. I love reading, whether it's fiction or non-fiction, and I usually have a book or two going. Music is a big part of my life and I’m always listening to something, especially while cooking, which is another thing I enjoy. Mindfulness has also become important to me over the past few years and I try to make space for it in my routine. When the weather allows I like biking or just being outdoors, especially in nature. I really enjoy travel to seeing new places, meeting people, and learning about different cultures.

Working at Epiroc has been a great experience. I've had the chance to learn a lot and grow both professionally and personally. One of the things I’ve appreciated the most is getting to work with such talented and kind people from all over the world. Being part of a global company as a student has given me valuable insight into how communication and collaboration work across teams and time zones. I've felt trusted in my role and have been given real responsibility, which has helped me build confidence and develop new skills. It’s a place where you feel like your work matters, and that makes a big difference.

Epiroc is a place where you’re trusted to take responsibility and where your ideas are listened to. You get to work with people who are helpful, experienced, and easy to learn from. There’s a good balance between being challenged and feeling supported. It’s also a chance to be part of something bigger and see how things work in a global company. Knowing that Epiroc stands for strong values has made the experience even more meaningful. For me, it’s been a really positive experience, and I think others would feel the same. For me, the one word that best describes Epiroc is collaborative!"~ Lukas Belé, Summer Intern

“My name is Emma Fritz, and I work as a digital editor in the brand and communications team in Stockholm. Some of my tasks include updating the websites with new content, such as creating new pages or updating the structure on existing pages. I also help with cleaning up, by that, I mean looking for spelling mistakes, making sure there are meta descriptions for pages and images, and so on.

I'm a big sports fan, so outside of work I watch a lot of sports, like soccer, formula 1, and ice hockey. I recently joined a local soccer team, and I love being part of a team where everyone is passionate and wants to have a good time. It might be a cheesy segment to how my time here at Epiroc has been, but I truly feel the same about the team I work with here.

The environment here is very welcoming, and since I came here last summer, I have evolved a lot. If one of my friends was thinking about applying to Epiroc I would 100% say do it! It is a very forward-thinking company, and you get to work with people from all over the world. If I were to describe Epiroc with one word it would be: Empowering.”  ~ Emma Fritz, Summer Intern
