Epiroc is pre-launching a new version of the SmartROC T40 at Bauma

Epiroc is pre-launching an updated version of its class-leading SmartROC T40 surface drill rig at the Bauma exhibition in Munich. The new SmartROC T40 includes a brand-new operator cabin.

“I am really looking forward to showcasing this surface drill rig at Bauma. The SmartROC T40 is a very well-liked machine thanks to its productivity and class-leading fuel-efficiency”, says Ulf Gyllander, Global Product Manager, Epiroc Surface division.

The SmartROC T40 featuring a new operator cabin will further increase productivity and operator comfort.
“Visitors at the exhibition will have a chance to take a closer look at all the benefits that the new cabin offers”, says Ulf Gyllander.

The new generation builds on the legacy Epiroc has built up from the previous generations SmarROC T40 surface drill rigs. The new rigs offer the same reliability, further reduce costs and TCO, whilst also substantially increasing operator comfort.

At Bauma, Epiroc will showcase several groundbreaking products and solutions at the booth in the outdoor area.
“I have visited this exhibition many times through the years – and it’s always very inspiring to meet customers – both old and new. I very much look forward to seeing their reactions when they see the next version of the SmartROC T40”, says Ulf Gyllander.
