Our heavy-duty electrical substations offer a complete solution for your site power and distribution requirements for underground mining. These products are custom-designed for your site-specific electrical needs, offering a plug and play design for your line and load connections.

We provide the main power from the grid to your open pit operations, with up to 44kV primary voltage. Our flexible solutions, including portable E-houses, skid-mounted containers, and trailer-mounted solutions, are designed to adapt as your site develops. Each product is custom-designed to meet your specific requirements for transformers, switchgear, protection features, and climate controls.

Main power center, open pit mining

Power take-off panels allow for a safe and reliable connection of portable mining equipment to the power system using trailing cables. Designed for use in demanding mining environments, our PTOs isolate, control and protect applications such as mobile equipment, ventilation fans, pumps, and other essential systems in underground operations. Our PTOs come in two product variants: 1 plug and 3 plug.

All of our power take-off panels are rigorously tested to comply with current local standards.

Our medium-voltage (MV) load break switches provide a safe and reliable isolation method for various sections of your power infrastructure. All products feature a heavy-duty enclosure with a forklift base, recessed handle, and a fault-making switch with a viewing window. Optional configurations include key operated mechanical interlock, fused or non-fused, single or multiple units. Available up to 38kV.

As an electrical integrator, we have access to various major low-voltage (LV) and MV switchgear manufacturers. We can design a system based on your site specifications with these well-known brands or do a custom in-house engineered solution to incorporate your various electrical distribution requirements. These systems include the required components to control, protect and isolate all your electrical equipment.

As electrical integrators, we work with industry leading components and can design systems to fit your site specifications or provide custom in-house solutions for your motor control needs.

Our full voltage motor starters are designed to start and stop a variety of motor-driven equipment, such as pumps and conveyors, while providing essential protection against overloads and short circuits.

Our modular power center (MPC) offer up to four separate sections that can accommodate either PTOs or starters depending on your site requirements. Each section is independent and isolated to allow for maintenance without interrupting other sections.

Low-voltage distribution panels built to customer specifications for mining environments. These can be mounted on a heavy-duty mine skid base for portability throughout the mine site.

Our MV junction boxes provide a safe way to make your cable splice connections and extend your cable systems. Specifically built for harsh mining environments and include heavy-duty enclosures, isolated bus bars, ground bus, and cable entry outlets. Optional features include infrared inspection windows and internal space heaters. Available up to 25kV and 4000A.

We produce trailing cables that meet the highest quality standards to satisfy the needs of heavy duty applications. Our offerings include high-visibility cables, Shielding Heavy Duty Ground (SHDG) trailing cables as well as injection molded (region dependent) cable ends to ensure no water ingress.
