The Saberedge lip offers increased adapter stabilization on both sides of the lip. Stabilizing the adapter onto the lip reduces lip wear and lip maintenance, resulting in shorter downtimes with increased production.

Eliminate hot-work and decrease risk and downtime with our fully mechanical wear pads. The Saberlock system provides total lip protection for any bucket. This system can also be used for entire bucket liner packages.

Options for wide radius or square corner

Rope shovel bucket lip designs have evolved from traditional square‑corner profiles to modern wide‑radius corners that enhance material flow and reduce corner wear. Both configurations remain common in the field, and the SaberEdge GET system is engineered to fit either style—supporting legacy square‑corner buckets as well as newer wide‑radius designs. This flexibility allows operators to upgrade or maintain their buckets and use common GET components, simplifying maintenance practices and inventory management.
