Kaushalya Vikas

Kaushalya Vikas Program focuses on Skill Development which aims to provide training to unemployed youth and women in three segments – Mining trades, non-Mining trades and agriculture and allied actives. This will build their confidence, help adapt skills and update knowledge which will create employability. Our employability programmes “accelerate aspirations” of school dropout youth in sectors which provide ample opportunities after undergoing continuous formal learning and training. Under this program self-help groups of women train over various diverse skills and explore their product in market.
