To order exhibition items, complete the order form and click on send.
Leadtimes
When ordering, please observe at least 2 months of lead time. Required items have to be ordered before this period. While every effort is being made to serve all the requirements of the Customer Centers, please be advised to order as early as possible. Incoming requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Orders received less than 4 months before an event will be handled without any guarantee of the availability of products.
Delivery and shipping
The exhibition material are delivered from the product company to the exhibition venue directly. Delivery to other locations than the exhibition venue has to be handled and covered by the Customer Center themselves.
Returning of products
Items delivered to the exhibition venue have to be returned within the stipulated period. Items not returned within this time will be invoiced to the responsible Customer Center. Shipping to and from the venue will be coordinated fom the product company with an exhibition specialist freight forwarder. Normally, within 12 hours from the closing of the show, all RDT products should be prepared for pickup at the booth and packed in their transport boxes. The material has to be well wrapped and packed in the same boxes as when it arrived. The material might be used for other exhibitions dircetly and there is no
time for extra paint jobs or other repair work caused by damages. The material has to be returned within the time stated on the confirmation notice or there will be a charge of €100 for each delayed set. This cost will be invoiced to the responsible Customer Center.
All exhibition material has to be returned in good condition and items which have been damaged due to exposure to natural elements will not be accepted. Similarly items which are returned without the original packaging or carrying cases or which were supplied in kit form and have items missing will not be accepted. Costs for this will be invoiced to the responsible Customer Center.

Special requests
Customer Centers can put in special request for items not on the standard lists or can request modifications to the standard exhibition material. Please use the order form and fill under additional remarks or alternatively send your requirements by e-mail to ann-sofie.lundberg@epiroc.com. After receipt of the request the product company will advice if the requested material can be made available or if the requested modifications are possible.
Permanent displays
For Customer Centers in need ofthe material for permanent display e.g. in showrooms, training purposes etc, please contact julle@gmexpo.se for availability and costs of material.
Freight costs
Costs for delivery and retum freight will be invoiced to the Customer Center.
