SmartROC CL

The SmartROC CL is a high-efficiency surface drill rig for open-pit mining. SmartROC CL is equipped with improved COPROD 140 technology for optimal performance. In addition, the updated version of SmartROC CL comes with COP QM50CR – next generation 50 kW rock drill specially designed for the COPROD drilling system.

Pit Viper 271 E

The Pit Viper 271 E, an electric-driven rotary blasthole drill, offers exceptional performance with zero fuel consumption and a significantly lower carbon footprint. Capable of drilling holes up to 18 m (59 ft) deep and 270 mm (10-5/8 in) in diameter, it features a patented cable feed system for enhanced longevity and reduced costs. As part of the Smart and Green series, it integrates superior automation and smart functionalities, ensuring maximum safety, productivity, and sustainability in modern mining operations.

SmartROC D65 BE

The SmartROC D65 BE demonstrator, an innovative battery electric down-the-hole drill rig, represents a leap towards zero-emission drilling in surface mines and quarries. MTVR

The Multi Terrain Vehicle Reanimator (MTVR) is a self-contained, wagon-mounted powerpack that enhances operational agility by reducing reliance on mine site infrastructure. Supporting Epiroc’s electric blasthole drill rigs, it enables off-grid operation, streamlined drill preparation, and continuous tramming. With radio remote control (RRC) and optional rescue function, it increases uptime and productivity. The MTVR minimizes high-voltage cable management, offering reliability and lower total cost of ownership. Optional cold weather packages ensure efficiency in any climate, optimizing your mining operations.

A new rock drilling system for underground production drilling that improves drill length, speed, and precision. COPROD for Simba unlocks new opportunities in mine design, such as double benches and higher draw bells, while lowering cost per tonne and energy consumption.

Our feed assemblies cover the whole range from small drill rigs up to heavy duty drill rigs. With the same philosophy, inspired in the plug and play concept, we are now expanding the offering to additional models, aiming at: optimal product life, safe operations and reduced downtime with a streamlined assembly and ordering process.
