Work experience opportunities available for school leavers, TVET learners and graduates

We are looking for passionate and talented individuals who are currently unemployed and would like to gain some workplace experience. Our programmes offer a practical introduction to the world of work, preparing you for “life after graduation” and helping you to close possible competence gaps.

1. Graduate Development Programme

A 12-month internship for recent graduates who are currently unemployed. We’re specifically looking for innovative individuals who have qualified in the following fields:
Mining Engineering | Industrial Engineering | Mechanical Engineering | Information Technology |Computer Science | Software Development | Sales | Marketing | Digital Marketing | Business Management | Finance | Human Resource Management | Logistics | Supply Chain

2.      TVET Internship (in-service training)

A 12- to 18-month internship offering in-service training for unemployed learners who have recently completed their N6 in one of the following disciplines:


Business Management | Finance | Human Resources | Information Technology | Marketing | Sales | Office Administration | Logistics


The academic component of your National Diploma should be complete, and in-service training for a minimum of 12-months must be a requirement of your tertiary qualification.

3.      Matriculants

The program is an opportunity to gain 12-months of practical work experience for unemployed individuals who have matriculated recently and have little to no prior work experience.

 

Candidates for all three programs must meet the following minimum criteria:

-          Are between 18 - 29 years of age

-          Currently unemployed and available immediately

-          Must be a South African Citizen

-          Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills, be a team player and have a passion for self-development
