Our Code of Conduct
In cases where the Code of Conduct is stronger than local laws and regulations, we insist on following our own policies. And we expect our business partners, that is suppliers, contractors, distributors and agents, to do the same.
The Epiroc Code of Conduct is based on the ILO's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the OECD's guidelines for multinational companies, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN guiding principles for Business and Human Rights.
If something doesn't seem right, it probably isn't. Speak Up!
Customer and suppliers
We invite customers and suppliers to raise concerns and when necessary report anonymously via SpeakUp tool. The aim should always be to improve our company in doing business the right way, responsibly. The SpeakUp procedure provides guidance on how to raise concerns.
It is important to remember that the Speak Up channel should only be used for reporting breaches of our Code of Conduct.
Employees
Employees should use the internal website to access Speak Up.
