Epiroc has 16 strategically located sites across Australia that hold supporting parts stocks tailored to the needs of our customer’s machines. Traditionally, fast turning parts and essential critical parts are held at the branches, while slower-moving stocks and expensive critical parts are stocked at either of the three Parts Distribution Centres located in Perth at 14 Fawcett Crescent (next to our Perth Office), Sydney and Mackay with Global Parts support from Sweden, America and Japan. Parts ordered that are not available within Australia are shipped directly from our overseas factories to the end customer’s delivery point. Parts from overseas factories that are not oversize are generally delivered to remote mine sites in 5 to 7 days.
