Epiroc Australia's NSW service centre is located in Blacktown, Sydney. Representing more than 140 years of successful operation, and an acclaimed international corporation, the Sydney office includes a major supply distribution centre and houses our Shared Services functions for Group procurement, Legal Counsel, Facilities Management, Customer Finance, and more.

Two-thirds of Epiroc’s total workforce is employed in service operations focused on delivering high-quality support and an in-depth knowledge inherent to an OEM, directly to our customers in the field. In Australia, Epiroc has Service Centres strategically located around the country, offering customers equipment solutions, drilling consumables plus 24-hour service and parts support for Epiroc's equipment.Our Parts and Services offering includes genuine parts, machine rebuilds, service exchange, training, online ordering and tracking, rock drill servicing, tailored service agreements, direct infield service and a suite of tools including advanced rig diagnostics using thermo dynamics, live-streamed rig telemetry that can display both production and maintenance data, and much more.
