DustProtector (TM) II

Our patented two step dust sealing system that keeps your hydraulic breaker in shape. DustProtector is an inhouse created feature and only available for our breakers.

Step 1: floating ring

The floating ring removes larger particles and at the same time protects the wiper from damage, e.g. from penetration by concrete reinforcement.

Step 2: wiper

The wiper removes the finer dust and dirt particles and thus prevents foreign particles from penetrating the hydraulic breaker.

DustProtector TM II doesn´t just significantly reduce the wear , it also helps to drastically reduce consumption of lubricants.

Ideal for silicate rich rock

The protection against increased wear is especially valuable when used on rock with a high proportion of silicate (min. 30 %).

For tunneling applications

DustProtector TM II is ideally suited to demanding applications in tunneling, especially in horizontal or diagonally-upwards positions.
