A 12-month internship for recent graduates who are currently unemployed. We’re specifically looking for innovative individuals who have qualified in the following fields. Please note that two of the Mining Engineering posts will be located at the Mogalakwena Mine and two of the posts will be located in Springs (one Production Engineering post and one SHEQ post):

A 12- to 18-month internship offering in-service training for unemployed learners who have recently completed their N6 in one of the following disciplines:
Business Management | Finance | Human Resources | Marketing | Logistics | Sales
The academic component of your National Diploma should be complete, and in-service training for a minimum of 12-months must be a requirement of your tertiary qualification. Please note that two of the posts (one for Human Resources and one for Finance) will be located at the Springs facility and a Logistics post will be located at the Mogalakwena Mine.
The programme is an opportunity to gain 12-months of practical work experience for unemployed individuals who have matriculated recently and have little to no prior work experience. Please note that three of the posts will be located at the Bathopele Mine.
Candidates for all three programs must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Are between 18 - 29 years of age
- Currently unemployed and available immediately
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills, be a team player and have a passion for self-development
- Your application should consist of:

- A short motivation on why you should be considered for the programme that you are applying for (not less than 300 words)
