撤去・リサイクルを含む建設解体は、将来において、世界中のあらゆる市場で拡大する数少ない事業の一つです。建物、橋梁、その他の構造物の数が増加し、その寿命を終えている一方で、建設資材が一般的に不足しています。車両や船舶は老朽化しており、コンピューターなどの電子機器を新しいものに交換する必要がありますが、製造に必要な貴金属は入手困難で、価格は高騰の一途をたどっています。
こうした要因に加え、廃棄物集積場のスペース不足や環境意識の高まりから、建設リサイクル、がれき撤去、使用後の廃棄物の分別の需要が高まっています。
